Delivery Information for Phone Orders
We offer local delivery in the Greater Toronto from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time. If a recipient is not available, the gift may be left with reception, concierge or with a neighbour. If we are unable to successfully deliver your gift, it will be returned and subject to a re-delivery fee.

Delivery Information for On-Line Orders
- All same day deliveries must be completed before 10am
- Out of town deliveries cannot be delivered on a Same Day service
- Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address, additional charges may apply if an address correction is necessary
- Deliveries will be left at the front door if the recipient does not answer the door
- We do not accept deliveries to apartments or condos without full time concierge, please call in your orders
- An order is considered complete and received at the time which the gift greeting message is received by email
- Hospitals & Hotel - Deliveries to hospitals and hotels are only recommended within the GTA. Please provide the hotel/hospital phone number, recipient’s full name, room number and whether the recipient is a patient, guest, employee, etc.

- We offer same-day delivery in the GTA for phone orders received before 11 AM EST and online orders received before 10 AM EST
- During the peak holiday season, deliveries may be made next-day
- We offer week day deliveries
Across Canada
- Monday-Friday: Orders will be shipped next day
- Ontario and Quebec: 1-3 business days
- Other provinces or territories: 4-7 days
United States
- Monday-Friday: Orders will be shipped next day
- 3-8 business days for standard delivery

At Baskets n’ Stuf we aim to process orders efficiently for fast delivery. Gifts are immediately prepared after orders are placed and therefore cannot be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of the shipping date. During high peak seasons/holidays we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to high volumes.

Food items are not returnable due to health and safety concerns. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.
